SITE CONFIGURATION
This menu allows Contractor Managers to configure a Visitor Module for the site.
UPLOAD EMPLOYEES
The first step is to upload GWF employees so that when visitors sign-in, they can choose the employee that they are visiting.
1. Select Site Configuration in the Visitor Module menu
2. Click on Employee Template and enter the details of all employees or those that will receive visitors and save the file on your computer - see template example in top right hand corner of the image below
3. Select the site from the drop-down menu
4. Upload the file or drag and drop it into the space provided, save and use this one file to update when employees leave or new employees are added. When uploaded it will overwrite the current file.
5. Leave the next three options as they are
6. Click Upload

CONFIGURE SITE INFORMATION
This can only be done at the Visitor Machine at your site.
1. Select the site from the drop-down list
2. Click Submit
