UNIT LEVEL REPORTS
The Unit Level Reports tab is in the Contractor Reports menu and covers how to view progress on contractor inductions at Unit level.
There are several options on how reports can be extracted such as by contractor, by site, by risk level, by course etc.
For a report at unit level:
1. Select the Unit Level Reports tab
2. Select the course name from the drop-down list or add the Contractor's name
3. Click Search
4. The status for that course for each contractor is shown in the Status column.
- Green status icon indicates the induction is Completed
- Amber status icon indicates the induction is In Progress
- Red status icon indicates the induction has Expired
5. To approve a licence click on "Licence" in the Unit Type column, click on the document that appears in the document list, check name and expiry date, click on Pass and Update
