MANAGE INDUCTIONS MENU
All contractors must complete a GWF Site Induction before commencing work at any site. Further training/inductions must be completed based on the type of work to be conducted.
Learning is structured as follows:
Contractor Program: a list of courses required for a particular contractor, depending on their type e.g. electrical, cleaning services, maintenance etc.
Course: Individual courses (Inductions) that make up a contractor program
Units: Individual units of learning that make up a course
The Manage Inductions menu covers these areas and has the following functions:
Global Inductions List - for example General Contractor Inductions
Site Inductions List - for example Site Familiarisations
Site Contractor Type List - the types of contractors such as electrical, construction, confined spaces and the Inductions required for each type
Global Inductions List
Go to the “Manage Inductions” menu.
1. Select Global Inductions List. This lists all the Inductions (courses) applicable to your area.
2. Course names as well as details such as enrolment expiry, refresher requirement and the number of Units within the course is shown.
3. Click more info... for more information on any course e.g. Confined Space Entry Qualification.
4. The course summary and the units within that course is shown.
5. Click less info... to change the view back to just the course name.
