CONTRACTOR REPORTS
The Contractor Reports section covers how to view progress on contractor eligibility, inductions and units within inductions.
The Contractor Reports menu includes:
Contractor Eligibility Reports
Induction Reports
Unit Level Reports
This section will focus on Contractor Eligibility Reports.
CONTRACTOR ELIGIBILITY REPORTS
These reports are useful for a quick overview of all contractors eligible to be on site.
In the Contractor Reports menu:
1. Select Contractor Eligibility Report
2. This Pie Chart is a quick overview of the progress of all your contractors
3. Select items from the drop down lists in the relevant filters as required to produce a report
4. The Company column in the image below shows the Company name. - the Company name is red, if they have not yet been approved and required documentation not yet received by the contractor manager following an invitation
5. The company name is green if the company has been approved by a contractor manager following an invitation
6. The Status column shows a red traffic light if the company has not been approved by GWF, all documentation not received and all inductions not completed by the contractor's workers
7. The Status column shows a green traffic light if the Company has been approved by GWF, all documentation received and all inductions completed by the workers
To see the status of all of the inductions for a particular contractor e.g. Company One, click on their status icon. The status of each course in their contractor type program is shown - see image further below.
