SITE CONTRACTOR TYPE LIST
This menu lists the contractor types, for example maintenance, cleaning services, construction, logistics etc. including the global and site inductions required for each contractor type.
Local inductions can also be added or removed in this menu.
LIST SITE CONTRACTOR TYPES
To view a list of contractor types assigned to each site that you are responsible for:
1. In the Manage Inductions menu, select Site Contractor Type List
2. Select the relevant site from the drop-down list and click Search - all the Contractor Types for that site will be shown
LIST INDUCTIONS FOR CONTRACTOR TYPES
To see the inductions required for a particular contractor type:
1. In the Manage Inductions menu, select Site Contractor Type List
2. Select the relevant site from the drop-down list and click Search - all the Contractor Types for that site will be shown
3. Click the Contractor Type you want to see the list of Inductions for e.g. Construction (Earthworks)
4. The Inductions are shown for the Contractor Type and the Site
5. The site specific Inductions (local courses) are shown for the Contractor Type
6. To remove a site specific Induction (local course), place a tick next to the Induction as shown in the Vehicle Licence example below and click the X in the Action column
7. To add a local course, click the course as shown in the Text Induction example below and hit enter
