User Guide for Contractor Managers - Introduction
conTrac is an online tool to assist Contractor Managers with the management and administration of their contractors.
This User Guide covers the key functions of conTrac in relation to your role as Contractor Manager:
- Invite and approve new principal contractors;
- Upload of licences, qualifications and expiry dates;
- Upload existing approved principal contractors;
- Assign sites to contractors;
- Induct your contractors;
- Check induction completions before allowing site access;
- Issue and track notices such as Improvement or Stop Work notices;
- View reports of progress on contractor eligibility and inductions;
- Allow only approved contractors to sign into work sites;
- Create an evacuation roll call list; and,
- Manage visitor sign-in at sites.
