WORK PERMITS
This sections covers how to issue, request and view permits.
To view existing permits:
- Select Work Permits tab
- List Permits
- Complete search fields i.e. select Status, Approver (Contract Manager), Site, Permit type etc.
- Click Search

Below is a description for each of the icons in the image below (from left to right):

- View
- Close work permit
- Copy and create new work permit
- Work permit history
Issue a Work Permit:
- Click on Work Permits
- List Permits
- Issue Work Permit (located on far right)

- Choose Electronic or Hard Copy
- Select Permit Type from dropdown
- Click Next

- Select and enter relevant details
- Click next

- Tick relevant questions below
- Click Next

- Complete Work Permit Final Details
Note: If the box is ticked for “This permit has been developed in the presence of the recipient”, both boxes will appear (as below).
If this is not ticked, the recipient will receive an email asking them to log in and accept the PTW, then their signature box will appear once they’ve accepted the permit.
- Click Submit


- The permit will now be listed under Work Permits, List Permits
