VISITOR LOG
This tab provides an overview of all visitors who have signed in at a site. This is useful for capturing contractor and visitor movements in and out of site, and the ability to run reports on any contractor to see all their activity by site for any given period.
The search function can be used to filter information required such as visitor name, type (visitor or contractor), site name etc.
1. Select Visitor Log in the Visitor Module menu
2. Make your selections as required and click Search
A report of visitors and contractors, including the times signed in and out and how long they were on site for will be shown.
