CONTRACTOR REPORTS

As Principle Contractors (PC's), you and your employees are required to complete the assigned Inductions before commencing work at site.  

This Induction training is a legal requirement and helps to ensure that you and your employees are familiar with site safety requirements.

Your Contractor Manager will identify the type of Inductions required, for example Site Familiarisation, General Contractor Induction, Food Safety and Quality Induction or Induction Electrical License.

Once your employees are added to conTrac, they will receive an automated email from conTrac with their login details, so that they can complete their Inductions in conTrac

PC's are responsible for ensuring that their employees complete all required Inductions.

You can check the training progress of your employees in the Contractor Reports menu.

conTrac uses Status Icons to show Induction training progress at a glance.

To check the training progress of your employees:

1. Click the Contractor Reports tab

2. Type in the name of your employee (or use the filters to select relevant information)

3. Click Search

4. The Status of your employee's training will be shown i.e. green, amber or red. Click on the status icon to see the course breakdown.

5. The training progress or status for each course is shown.

6. Click on the green status icon  to see the status of each unit within the course.
