The Contractor Reports section covers how to view progress on contractor eligibility, inductions and units within inductions.

CONTRACTOR ELIGIBILITY REPORTS

These reports are useful for a quick overview of all contractors eligible to be on site.

- Select items from the drop down lists in the relevant filters as required to produce a report

- The Company column in the image below shows the Company name. The company name is green if the company has been approved by a contractor manager following an invitation. If the Company name is red, they have not yet been approved and required documentation not yet received 

- The Status column in the image below shows a green traffic light if the Company has been approved by GWF, all documentation received and all inductions completed by the workers. A red traffic light is shown if any of this is outstanding

To see the status of all of the inductions for a particular contractor, click on their status icon. 

The status of each course in their contractor type program is shown below.

INDUCTION REPORTS

To view contractor progress for a particular induction e.g. “External Contractor Induction (General)”:

- Click Induction Reports

- Select the course name from the drop down list

- Click Search

THE STATUS FOR EACH CONTRACTOR IS SHOWN

- Green status icon indicates the induction is Completed

- Amber status icon indicates the induction is In Progress

- Red status icon indicates the induction has Expired

UNIT LEVEL REPORTS

Unit Level Report shows contractor progress on the units within a particular induction

- Click Unit Level Report

- Select the induction from the drop down list

- Click search
