MANAGE USERS - SENT INVITATIONS
The Manage Users - Sent Invitations menu is where a Principal Contractor is approved. This is for Principal Contractors who have been sent an invitation to make a submission to become an approved Contractor.
To approve a Principal Contractor:
1. Click Sent Invitations in the Manage Users menu and scroll through to locate the Principal Contractor that you are reviewing.
2. Click Approve in the Actions column.

3. Review the Principal Contractor's details to ensure that insurances are valid, evaluation form is completed and signed and that sole traders have income protection.
4. If the above requirements are met, click Approve.
Below is a description of each option:
Approve - accepts the company.
Deny - company not suitable or not required.
Need more info - request further or amended information from the Principal Contractor.

The Principal Contractor can now login and review or edit their company information. This includes adding new employees and completing their Inductions.
