MANAGE USERS - NOTICE MANAGEMENT
This menu is for issuing or managing Improvement Notices or Stop Work Notices. Once a Notice is issued, an email notification to the Contractor can be triggered.
Notice Management - Issue Notice
Notice Management is in the Manage Users menu. To issue a notice:
1. Click Notice Management (Contractors that have already had notices issued will also be listed here).
2. Click Issue Notice.

3. Type in the Contractor's title.
4. Click the drop-down arrow to select the Contractor.
5. Click the drop-down arrow to select the notice i.e. Improvement or Stop Work Notice.
6. Attach relevant documents. Find the document on your computer, then drag and drop the document into the space provided.
7. Add any comments, select the response by date and check the email box so that the Contractor can receive an email notification of the notice.
8. Click Save Changes.
