PC - Contractor Status Report - My Notices

In accordance with Contractor Management Procedures, contractors can be issued a Safety Improvement or Stop Work Notice where a breach has been identified.These notices are issued by your Contractor Manager who will notify you via an email and/or direct contact.


You will be advised of the action required for the breach. The Contractor Status Report menu in conTrac is where the relevant documentation, photos and details, as well as your response/completion due dates will be held. 


To view the notice/s and action required:

1. Click Contractor Status Report.

2. Click My Notices.

3. Select the issue to see the details and complete the action required (there are no notices in the example below, however this is where they can be found).
